1. Shipping, Processing & Delivery TimeWe ship from all around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 10 days or once payment has cleared. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping time.Most of our items are made to order. Please note your order may arrive in separate shipments. Personalized - Custom and Handmade Items will take a bit longer to arrive at your doorstep.US Shipping We offer a very low per item shipping rate within the US. Generally it takes 6-10 business days for custom products. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.Worldwide ShippingFactoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 28 business days.
Production Time
Orders enter into production queue within 1-3 hours of payment of order.
Items are produced Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time production will continue the following business day. We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address within one hour of ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form HERE.
P.O. Box Shipping
We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after you order, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes
For International order (orders received outside of the United States) the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees upon arrival.

If you change your mind we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Most of our items are made to order. Please note your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Orders may not be canceled once processed.
Any order that has not shipped within 30 days will be eligible for a refund.

8. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of receiving. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund.
* Real Cool Company is not responsible for stolen packages or "missing" packages once tracking says item(s) has been delivered. We are also not responsible for packages being shipped to the wrong address if the wrong address was entered at checkout and never corrected on customer's end.
